Ponce de Leon is a very nice 25m2 attic decorated in a Parisian style and located in one of the most authentic Madrid neighborhoods. You will find the metro within walking distance and it's just 2 stops to Gran Via in the city centre. Ponce de Leon has been recently refurbished by professionals. It's a very modern flat, with a « loft » type layout. Capacity for up to 4 people.

Ponce de Leon Attic includes a living room with a large design 3 person sofa; flat screen television, modern kitchen with ceramic hobs, built-in fridge, completely equipped with all necessary utensils. Bathroom with shower, sleeping area includes 2 double beds (135 cm and 120 cm) and a cupboard.

Ideal for 2 couples or a couple with children. Due to the layout of the apartment, the height of the sleeping area is only 1 m high. However it can be accessed easily and provides a confortable space.

Payment Policy:

- An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. A 150 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat. It will be deduct from this deposit the cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations should be made AT LEAST 7 DAYS before your expected arrival time. If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first night's accommodation cost.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee: Eur 50.00

Additional fee for arrivals after 20.00h : Eur. 30.00

Additional fee for arrivals after 00.00h: Eur. 50.00
