Rental House Santo Tome is located near Supreme Court and Salesas Square in Madrid city centre. Totally furnished in the most touristic and centrally situated are in Madrid. Apartment with capacity 70m2 with double bedroom with king size bed, kitchen fully equipped and complete bathroom. Capacity for up to 2 people.

- TV.
- Microwawe.
- Toaster.
- Internet.
- Doorman.
Additional Fees:
- Compulsory cleaning fee: 40 Eur
- Arrivals or departures between 21:00h - 08:00h or Sunday and Festivities will have an additional fee: 30 Eur
Payment Policy:
An initial non-refundable 12% deposit is required to complete your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH on arrival.
Deposit:
A 200.00 Eur deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.
Norms of Behavior:
The client, signing this contract, is responsible of all the guests' good behavior. Please, take into account that no parties are allowed. The client must know that in case of any complains from the neighbors concerning the high volume of the music or parties or if the police arrives, all the guests of the apartment will be evacuated immediately at any time. If this happens, Rental House will not refund the deposit and the full accommodation cost.
It is prohibited to accommodate a higher number of guests than the number firstly reserved. If this happens, all the guests of the apartment will be evacuated and Rental House will not refund the deposit and the full accommodation cost.
