City Center Areas: Downtown Madrid.
These
areas make up the historical and tourist center of the city:
Greater Madrid: Suburban areas lying outside the M-30 ring road.
Some of them are part of Madrid's city council, others aren't; all of them are inside Madrid's region (Comunidad de Madrid):
