 Asian
food is relatively new to Madrid and the number
of shops with good quality Asian products is
growing quickly. Asian food is also finding
its way into the traditional Spanish
markets, particularly the market of Los
Mostenses —close to Plaza de España—
where you can now find many fresh ingredients
that are fundamental to Asian recipes liek ginger,
coriander, chilies... The short list below represents
the shops that we feel provide among the best
selection of goods. The shops are grouped by
Chinese, Indian and Japanese food.
