Many of these are in the markets and supermarkets.
We have chosen a very few for this list, which
we feel offer particularly high quality or
a unique selection. The quality of local product
is very high in Spain, but quite seasonal.
If you happen to be in Madrid in the fall,
watch out for the large selection of exquisite
wild mushrooms.
