Arcea La Arquera Hotel is set up on a house rural origin, which lader on it was made suitable and transformed into a large house of Spanish-American style. It was renovated and extended for use in the hotel trade, keeping the annexed constructions peculiar to this kind of country habitat, such as the "hórreo" (a raised granary) and the cider press, nowdays, social and breakfast room.

The hotel is located in a zone of extraordinary natural beauty, at 1,5 km from the urban centre of Llanes, the municipal golf course and the Toró, Puertu Chicu and El Sablón beaches.
