Cortijo Fuente Arriba is a renovated Andalucian Cortijo (farmhouse) with a swimming pool and stunning views. Cortijo Fuente Arriba offers rest, relaxation and a unforgetallbe experience of Spanish mountain hospitality from the delightful and charming villagers of Lubrin in the province of Almeria.

Cortijo Fuente Arriba is set on a hilltop and retains its original character and charm with beamed ceiling, wooden shutters and thick originals walls which keep the apartament interior cool in the hot summer months. Outside there are two private terraces surrounded by nature gardens with olive, almond and pomegranate trees where you can find the sun of shade through the day.

Lubrin village is just a few minutes walk and has a good choice of spanish tapas bars & restaurants as well as supermarkets and banks. Market day is on wednesday and is a real social event as well as an opportunity to purchase fresh fruit, vegetables and haberdashery.

How to get there:
Autovia Mediterráneo direction Huercal Overa-Almeria. At 12 kms away from Overa, you will find a exit called Lubrin. Lubrin is 20 kms from here.

Payment Policy:
An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance due within 30 days of arrival date. Full refund if cancelled within 15 days of arrival. A damage deposit of 25% of the total accomodation cost is required when you arrive and it will be returned to you the day of your departure if the apartment is returned in good conditions.
