The residential is surrounded by all types of services available all year round. At only 200 metres you can take a walk in the Square of Villamartin, with shops, bras and restaurants.

Many hypermarkets and shopping centres and situated along the N-332. Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
An additional booking charge of 30% of the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in CASH or CREDIT CARD on arrival.
A 200 Euro deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat.
